1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from casateagames.co.uk. They don't apply to purchases made in person at events. Please read them before you order. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@casateagames.co.uk.

2. Who we are

We are Casa Tea Games Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16656002. Our registered office is Unit A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at hello@casateagames.co.uk. We sell to consumers only.

3. Placing an order

When you click Buy, you're taken to Stripe's secure checkout. Choosing to pay is your offer to buy the game. A contract between us is made when we send you an email confirming your order. The payment receipt that Stripe emails to you counts as this confirmation.

We have a limited number of copies. If we can't fulfil your order, we'll tell you and refund you in full. If we spot a pricing error, we'll tell you before we post your order, and you can either go ahead at the correct price or cancel and be refunded in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown at checkout. UK delivery is included in the price. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery

• We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
• We post orders within 5 working days of your order, by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of posting. This isn't guaranteed and it may take longer to some areas, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
• If we can't deliver your order within 30 days, you can cancel it and we'll refund you in full.
• The game becomes your responsibility once it has been delivered to you, or to someone you've asked to receive it.

6. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your game. You don't have to give a reason.

1. Email us at hello@casateagames.co.uk to say you want to cancel. You can use the cancellation form on our shop page, but any clear email is fine.
2. We'll reply with the address to send the game back to. Please don't post anything to our registered office address.
3. Send the game back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it. We suggest a tracked service, and please email us your tracking number or proof of postage.
4. We'll refund what you paid for your order within 14 days of getting the game back, or of you giving us evidence that you've sent it back, whichever is sooner. Delivery is included in the price, so there's nothing extra to refund. We can't refund your return postage. We'll refund you using the same payment method you used to pay.

Please return the game complete and undamaged. If it has been handled more than is needed to check it, for example if cards are missing or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

7. If something is wrong with your order

Your game should be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it arrives damaged or faulty, email us and we'll replace it or refund you, and we'll cover the cost of returning it. This is in addition to your legal rights, which these terms don't affect. If you're unsure what your rights are, Citizens Advice can help.

8. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for any loss of profit or business, because we only sell to consumers. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

9. Our trade marks and content

Casa Tea Games® and Say What Now?!® are registered trade marks of Casa Tea Games Ltd. The artwork, card text, rules and other content on our website and in our games belong to us. Buying a game lets you play it and share it with friends and family, but not copy or sell it or use our trade marks without our permission.

10. House rules you send us

If you send us a house rule, you confirm that it's your own idea, or that you have permission to share it. You agree that we may publish it on our website with the name or nickname you gave us, and that we may use the idea in future games and expansions without paying you. We may edit, decline or remove any rule. You can ask us to take your rule off our website at any time, although we can't recall anything that has already been printed.

How we use your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones on our website when you placed it.

13. Complaints

If you're unhappy with anything, email us at hello@casateagames.co.uk and we'll do our best to put it right.

14. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in England or Wales, you can bring legal proceedings about your order in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring them in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring them in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.
